'Co-ordinators' help the Neighbourhood Watch Committee by liaising with a number of 'Contacts' in their street. They distribute newsletters, crime prevention material and other literature to their street contacts. They also feed back any information and comments from their contacts to their 'Area Co-ordinator' and the police as appropriate.

Co-ordinators are in an excellent position to recruit new members.

Co-ordinators usually collect donations from their contacts, a mere £1 or more if their contacts wish, to support the publishing of the Newsletter, fund meetings and the web site.

'Area Co-ordinators' cover the main north, south, east and west areas of the heath. They usually sit on the Committee liaising with the co-ordinators in the streets of their area. They help the committee organise meetings and events. They contribute to the content of the newsletter and arrange its distribution to street co-ordinators for onward distribution.

Area Co-ordinators find satisfaction from being on the Neighbourhood Watch Committee.
